One standard for every location
Across several locations, exhaust cleaning turns into a vendor-management problem before it is a cleaning problem. Different crews, different scopes, different report formats, and no way to see at a glance which store is actually current.
What the program gives you
Included
- One scope definition and one service standard everywhere
- One report format, organized by store
- Service dates tracked for you instead of by you
- Exceptions and deficiencies at the top of the file, not buried in per-site PDFs
- A record you can hand to an insurer, a landlord or a district manager
How we start
We assess each system, put the schedules on one calendar, and propose a single standard with per-store intervals set by what each kitchen cooks, how much, and what shape the system is in.
The store with the fryer bank gets a shorter interval than the one with a griddle. Standardizing the report does not mean standardizing the frequency.
The number nobody at a group can produce
Ask a five-store group when store three was last cleaned and what was excluded from that job. The answer is usually a search through somebody's email for a PDF that may not name components at all. That gap is what turns an operational question into a vendor-management problem.
One format, one place, one service date per store, and the answer takes ten seconds instead of two days.
Filters first across a group
Rolling the monthly filter exchange out first is the cheapest way to standardize a group. It puts the same crew in every kitchen every thirty days and produces a dated photograph of every filter bank and plenum in the company.
After a few months the cleaning schedule stops being a negotiation. Each store's interval comes off its own pictures, and the store that genuinely needs a shorter cycle is visible rather than assumed.
Questions we get
Do we have to move every location at once?
No. Most groups start with one or two stores, usually the busiest one and the one they trust least, and add the rest after the report format has been through a real month.
Can we get one invoice for all stores?
Yes, or one per store, or one per region. The billing split is set when the account opens rather than argued about later.
Will every store be on the same interval?
Unlikely, and it should not be. The store with the fryer bank and the store with a griddle load at different speeds. One report standard, per-store intervals.
Do you handle franchisee brand-standard audits?
We produce the service record the audit asks for: date, components, photographs and exclusions. We do not represent you to the brand or to the auditor.
What happens when a store manager changes?
The record does not live in that manager's inbox, so nothing is lost. The service history, the upcoming dates and the open deficiencies stay attached to the store.

Tell us the hood and fan count and roughly when it was last cleaned. Photos of the hood, the filters and the rooftop fan speed the quote up considerably.
