What we will not do
We will not take a job we cannot finish before your kitchen opens. Booking the night and then walking out at 5 a.m. with your line still under plastic is worse for you than an honest no.
If the window does not work, we will say so on the phone and tell you the first one that does.

Tell us the hood and fan count and roughly when it was last cleaned. Photos of the hood, the filters and the rooftop fan speed the quote up considerably.
