Restaurant exhaust fan cleaning and service
The rooftop fan is where a lot of vendors quietly stop. Blades, housing, shroud and hinge all load up with grease, and a seized hinge is often the reason the last crew never opened it.

What fan service covers
Included
- Fan hinged back safely, blades cleaned to bare metal
- Housing and shroud washed
- Hinge checked, and flagged if it is seized or missing
- Belt condition noted
- Rooftop grease cleaned, containment emptied or flagged for install
- Electrical cable and containment photographed as we found them
Where we stop
We look at the electrical and photograph it. We do not do electrical work.
If we find damaged wiring or a dead fan motor, we stop on that component, photograph it, call the owner, and go back to work only once a repair approval is signed. We do not wash around damaged wiring, and we do not restart a dead motor to see what happens.
Questions we get
Do you repair fans?
Fan repair and replacement, hinge kits and belt replacement are handled directly or through a partner we name. We will not describe regulated or specialized work as in-house when it is not.
My fan is noisy. Is that a cleaning problem?
Sometimes. Grease loading throws blades out of balance. It can also be a bearing, a belt or the motor. We look at it and photograph what we find, and the report tells you which one it looks like.
