We collect only what helps us answer a commercial kitchen service request, document the work, and understand which advertising produced a real inquiry.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the business and contact details you enter, the service address, your service needs, notes, and any photographs you choose to upload. We may also keep the landing page, referring site, and Google advertising click identifiers associated with the visit. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error information.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and follow up on your quote, schedule and document service, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and measure whether our advertising creates useful inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising measurement
If Google Ads measurement is enabled, we use Google's tag and enhanced-conversion feature. Contact information from an accepted quote request may be normalized and hashed in the browser, then shared with Google for advertising measurement and matching. Google also receives the ad click identifiers it issued. Our first-party attribution record expires after 90 days. Visitors in regions where consent is required receive denied advertising-storage defaults unless consent is provided through a supported mechanism.
Who processes it
We use service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond: Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Resend for email delivery, and Google for advertising measurement. If text messaging is enabled, Twilio processes the phone number and message. These providers handle information under their own security and privacy terms.
Photographs, retention and security
Uploaded photographs are used to understand the quoted system and may be attached to the private owner notification. We retain quote and service records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, operations, legal obligations, dispute prevention and accurate measurement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing sales@musiccitygreasepatrol.com. We may keep information where the law, an active service relationship, or a legitimate business-record need requires it. This site is for commercial kitchen services and is not directed to children.
