Our job-proof policy
This page explains the standard every future case study must meet. It stays out of search results until real, customer-approved job records are ready to publish.
What we will and will not publish
We publish a case only with the customer's permission and only with facts we can pull from the job record. No composite kitchens, no stock photos presented as our work, and no before-and-after pair that is not the same system on the same night.
This page fills up as the work gets done. An empty section here is better than an invented one.
What we are documenting first
Contents
- A high-volume independent restaurant
- A multi-location restaurant group
- A fryer-heavy kitchen
- A hotel or music venue
- A school, church or institutional kitchen
- One each in Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville and Mount Juliet
Documented so far: a barbecue kitchen
In October we cleaned the exhaust hood at a barbecue kitchen. The two photographs below are from that job: grease on the plenum and the hood lip before, then the plenum and lip after cleaning, the same night.
Barbecue kitchen hood, October 2026
The before was shot early in the night and the after a few hours later, both from the same job. Customer identity and location are withheld.

Last updated . We date these pages because an undated reference is not a reference.
Ask about a kitchen like yours
Tell us the hood and fan count and roughly when it was last cleaned. Photos of the hood, the filters and the rooftop fan speed the quote up considerably.
