The Kitchen-Open Promise
Six standards we can verify from the schedule, the job record and the report.

What we will not say
We are not NFPA-certified. NFPA publishes standards, it does not certify contractors. We are not fire-marshal approved. We cannot promise your system passes an inspection, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is selling you a sentence they cannot honor.
We guarantee our scope and our documentation. Those are the parts we control.
What we will not do
We will not clean the reachable surfaces and call the job complete. We will not wash around damaged wiring. We will not describe regulated repair work as in-house when it is not. We will not take an overnight booking we cannot finish before your kitchen opens.
Why we lead with filters
A full hood-to-roof clean is expensive, it happens a few times a year, and every operator in Nashville has been pitched one by somebody who never saw the system. So we start smaller. Clean metal filters arrive every thirty days, the loaded set leaves with us, and the bank and the plenum get photographed while we are standing there.
Twelve dated looks at a system in a year is a different conversation than a cold call. By the time we recommend the clean, the pictures are already in your inbox and you are looking at the same thing we looked at.
Where we work
Nashville and Davidson County, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mount Juliet and Lebanon. We are a service-area business run out of Lebanon. The trucks come to you and there is no shop to visit.
Commercial kitchens only. We do not service residential range hoods, air ducts or dryer vents.
Questions we get
Are you NFPA certified?
No, and neither is anyone else. NFPA publishes standards; it does not certify contractors. A vendor who tells you they are NFPA certified is telling you something that cannot be true, which is a useful thing to learn on the first call.
Can I get a quote without a site visit?
Often. Clear photos of the hood interior, the filter bank and the rooftop fan, plus the hood and fan counts and the last service date, are usually enough for a first written scope. The quote is free either way.
What is the smallest job you take?
A single-hood kitchen on a monthly filter exchange is a normal account here, not a favor. The route is built around recurring small visits.
Do you clean residential range hoods?
No. Commercial kitchen exhaust only.
What happens if you find something you cannot fix?
We stop on that component, photograph it, and tell you. Damaged wiring or a dead fan motor pauses the wash until a repair approval is signed. We do not work around a hazard to keep a schedule.
