The Kitchen-Open Promise
Six standards we can verify from the schedule, the job record and the report.

- Your crew and arrival window are confirmed before service
- You know who is walking into your kitchen, by name
- We plan backward from the time you have to reopen
- If the service window changes, we contact you before the scheduled arrival
- Before-and-after photographs are paired to the same system and night
- The report names anything excluded or unreachable rather than hiding it
What we will not say
We are not NFPA-certified. NFPA publishes standards, it does not certify contractors. We are not fire-marshal approved. We cannot promise your system passes an inspection, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is selling you a sentence they cannot honor.
We guarantee our scope and our documentation. Those are the parts we control.
What we will not do
We will not clean the reachable surfaces and call the job complete. We will not wash around damaged wiring. We will not describe regulated repair work as in-house when it is not. We will not take an overnight booking we cannot finish before your kitchen opens.
